Dream House – Bardolino

“Casa dei Sogni” is a charming detached villa on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen separate from the living room and a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub serving the living area.

Upstairs, there are four large double bedrooms, sleeping eight in total, and a second full bathroom with shower.

A large terrace is located on the first floor, directly accessible from two bedrooms and overlooking the garden directly above the porch. It faces south/west, making it ideal for sunbathing.

The terrace offers a partial view of Lake Garda. The area is quiet, given its distance from the main road and traffic.

The house is free on all four sides and has a large garden in front of the porch, which can be accessed directly from the living room. A brick barbecue is available for guests’ use.

The four double bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and include outdoor parking spaces for two cars.

“Casa dei Sogni” is a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda and 10 minutes from the center of Bardolino.

The mandatory final cleaning fee is €150, payable locally. Linens, upon request, cost €20 per bed, payable locally.
